This periodical, with issues tending to be on a single topic, aims to offer a new point of reference for public law researchers and institutions in general with a watchful and sensitive eye on current subjects and questions. Apart from in-depth study into the transformations of Italian constitutional law, one of the objectives of the European Public Law Review is to follow the European integration process and the enactment of constitutional and legislative reform, so as to verify their impact on the political and institutional structure of Italy and on the fundamental principles of its Constitutional Charter.
